All the eligible Candidates who have submitted Application Form on or before 23/08/2026 Up to 05:00 PM are considered for Provisional Merit List and assigned a Merit Number.

1. Candidates belonging to ST category who submitted a receipt for their Tribe Validity Certificate and EWS categories who submitted a receipt for their EWS Certificate during the CAP registration process must upload and verify their original certificates by visiting a Scrutiny Center. They must then submit these original certificates to the admitted institute on or before the final reporting date of the fourth CAP round. Failure to do so will result in the automatic cancellation of their admission. Consequently, such candidates will be considered under the Open category for subsequent institute-level rounds, provided they fulfill the eligibility criteria for the Open category.
   
   Candidates belonging to the OBC and SEBC categories who submitted a receipt for their Caste Validity Certificate must upload and verify their original certificate by visiting a Scrutiny Center, in accordance with the timeline specified in G.R. dated 02/07/2026, issued by the General Administration Department.
   
   Candidates belonging to the SC, VJ/DT, NT(A), NT(B), NT(C), NT(D), SBC categories who submitted a receipt for their Caste Validity Certificate must upload and verify their original certificate by visiting a Scrutiny Center, in accordance with the timeline specified in G.R. dated 04/09/2026, issued by the General Administration Department.
   
   Candidates belonging to VJ/DT, NT(A), NT(B), NT(C), NT(D), SBC, OBC and SEBC categories who submitted a receipt for their Non-Creamy Layer Certificate during the CAP registration process must upload and verify their original Non-Creamy Layer Certificate by visiting a Scrutiny Center. They must then submit this original certificate to the admitted institute on or before the final reporting date of the fourth CAP round. Failure to do so will result in the automatic cancellation of their admission. Consequently, such candidates will be considered under the Open category for subsequent institute-level rounds, provided they fulfill the eligibility criteria for the Open category.
   
   

2. In Case of Physical Scrutiny Mode, Candidate shall raise the Grievance about correction required in the data displayed in provisional merit list , Candidate can personally visit and submit the required documents (if any) for verification at SC

3. In Case of E-Scrutiny Mode, Candidate shall raise the Grievance about correction required in the data displayed in provisional merit list through his/her Login. Check the Provisional Merit Status through candidate’s Login & Verify the correctness of the Provisional Merit Number . 4. After Approved grievance, the Application of such candidates shall be unlock to the candidate in his/her Login for rectification. Candidate shall ensure that the information shown on the Provisional Merit details of his/her claims related with Name, Qualifying Marks, category, gender, reservation, special reservation made by himself/herself in the applications form are correct. 5. Submission of grievance, if any, for all type of Candidates at SC from 28/08/2026 to 31/08/2026 up to 5.00 PM.

6. Final Merit List will be displayed on 03/09/2026.
